Setting the stepper-motor-screw on the IAC:  Too long and you'll likely bend or seize-up the threaded shaft; too short and the motor may hunt and hunt for the right block-off position but never reach it if it's too far "out of range," in which case the motor will run at fast-idle... maybe forever!  Maybe not....
