The rear has the typical GM P.O.S. limited slip of the era, which is quite weak.. The front differentials are wide open on these trucks.. There's only one option to make it a true AWD option in the front and I highly recommend the Eaton in the rear .. There was a small, shallow ditch on the way to the barn where the stuff was stored. I backed my Sy into the ditch, and the back tires went into water just a little deeper than the tread. The rront tires were not in the ditch. One of the front wheels spun, the other three didn't do anything. I had to be pushed out. Keep in mind that two people did the pushing, so this ditch was not all that steep. I agree, not LSD in front. Message-ID: <4A2DFEA767C0CB4396FF2CE75559A488A2CF1A@mx2.telecom.sna.samsung.com> I've used two different liquids to remove rust from concrete: 1) a solution called triple etch by Martin Senior pants or called Metal Prep by Sherwin Williams. It is an acid (sulfuric or hydrochloric based don't remember which). You can also get the same type stuff at Home Depot. Look for a solution used to clean Brick fireplaces, brick fascia, etc. Look on label for contents to see if it is an acid based solution. ________________________________ From: syty-bounces at syty.org [mailto:syty-bounces at syty.org] On Behalf Of Larry Brown Sent: Wednesday, August 30, 2006 1:07 PM To: SyTy List Subject: [Syty] Anyone remove concrete rust?
